1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website operated by Neumann Designs & Accessories LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Neumann Designs & Accessories LLC is a U.S.-based company and the exclusive distributor of Carmen Borja luxury linens in the United States. All purchases made through our website are handled entirely by Neumann Designs & Accessories LLC from our U.S. operations.

3. Products and Services

We specialize in premium home textiles including:

Bedding collections (comforters, duvet covers, sheets)
Table linens (tablecloths, placemats, runners)
Bath products (towels, bath linens)
Decorative pillows and cushion covers
Custom and made-to-order items

All product descriptions, colors, and specifications are provided for general information only. Due to the artisanal and handcrafted nature of Carmen Borja products, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur and are considered part of the product’s character, not defects.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment is due at the time of purchase
We accept major credit cards processed through Square
Sales tax will be calculated and applied based on your shipping address as required by state and local laws

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations

We ship within the United States and U.S. territories only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays
Standard processing time: 1-3 business days before shipment
Custom or pre-order items may require 2-8 weeks additional processing time
Estimated shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and destination
Free Standard Shipping available on orders over $150
Some high-value orders may require signature upon delivery

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also track your order through your account on our website.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery date.

Eligible Items

Unused, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise
Items in original packaging with all tags, inserts, and protective coverings
Items free from stains, odors, alterations, or laundering

Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale, Custom, or Made-to-Order items (including monogrammed or pre-ordered products)
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Used, washed, or damaged items

Store Credit Only – No Cash Refunds

All eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only
Store credit issued as digital gift card redeemable exclusively at our website
Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods

Return Process

Contact customerservice@neumanndesigns.com within 14 days of delivery
Include order number and reason for return
Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Ship items back using provided instructions
Store credit issued within 5-7 business days after inspection

Return Shipping Costs

Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or in error
We recommend trackable shipping service with insurance
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
Include photos of packaging and product for damaged shipments
We will work with the carrier to resolve issues and arrange replacement or store credit

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or improper care.

Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEUMANN DESIGNS & ACCESSORIES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of New York, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in federal or state courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Arbitration

Disputes may be settled by arbitration in Stamford, Connecticut, using English language in accordance with JAMS Arbitration Rules.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

16. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.

17. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

18. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material revisions will include 30 days’ notice when possible.
